TSI Brazing is comprised of four companies: ADB Industries, Brazonics, CGR Technologies and Thompson Industries. These four companies are located strategically on both the east and west coasts of the Unites States. Brazonics is located in Hampton, NH near Boston, Massachusetts and the other three companies are located in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area; thus, creating two centers of thermal management and brazing excellence in the US—Brazing East and Brazing West.

With the addition of Brazing West, TSI has greatly enhanced our brazing and thermal design / analysis technology leadership so we can offer even more, high performance, cost effective and reliable solutions to our customers.

Brazonics
Since 1960, Brazonics has been an electronics packaging and thermal management company specializing in the manufacture of aluminum brazed assemblies including enclosures and chassis’, cold plates and heat exchangers for military and commercial industrial markets. Our unique processes including vacuum and dip brazing, go beyond the traditional to provide you with durable, highly efficient thermal solutions. Robust cellular manufacturing techniques are ideal for higher volume products.

CGR Technologies
CGR Technologies employs industry leading brazing technologies and has the expertise that has lead to vacuum brazing through put best practices across all of TSI. CGR specializes in high performance military and commercial grade thermal management products. Thompson Industries, has unparalleled advanced machining and vacuum brazing capabilities that are a cornerstone of Brazing West, as well as adding significant capacity to meet the increasing needs of customers. Their lights out multi-pallet machining center is the best in the industry. Utilization of fin forming equipment reduces lead times and can benefit all of TSI. Thompson Industries is an industry leader in the manufacturing of heat exchangers and cold plates.
