Quality Assurance

CGR takes extensive steps to ensure quality processes and products and is always looking for additional ways to raise the bar of quality in the industry. We follow 5S and maintain strict standards which are enforced by an internal quality council that conducts periodic unannounced internal audits.

AS9100/ISO9001:2000
The CGR quality system is ISO9001:2000 compliant and AS9100 certified. Also, we are an approved supplier by many major aerospace electronics integration company and commercial customers as well.

Certified Specialized Quality Processes
We utilize certified specialized processes including:

• AWS C3.7 aluminum vacuum
  
• AMS-H-6088 heat treatment of aluminum alloys

Coordinated Measuring Machines
Our Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) are ideally suited for rapid verification of the many key characteristics on the complex assemblies we produce.
